ScanOps collects account, billing, QR configuration, and privacy-safe scan analytics needed to operate business QR workflows. Analytics are designed for reporting and avoid exposing unnecessary personal data.

• Scan events may include timestamp, device/browser type, referrer, and approximate location when available.
• Customer workspace data is isolated by organization and protected by role-based access controls.
• Payment data is processed by the configured payment provider; ScanOps stores invoice and subscription references, not raw card details.
• Security, audit, and login events may be retained for abuse prevention, compliance, and troubleshooting.
